Completing the Provider Sign Up Form

When you click the Register As A Provider link you will be taken to this form

You can complete this for to provide details about your organisation and the service it provides. If we approve it it will be published on Haringey SOcial Services directories, Haricare and FISD.

The information you provide will be displayed on our public site, apart from the Non-public contact email address (if applicable)

If you are a care home you will need to complete the Register a Care home on Haricare form

You will be asked to give details of a service or you provide. This will create a Service or Product page which is separate from your Organisation page. Searches from the public home page bring up a list of services and products so it is important you provide this. You can create seperate pages for other services or products later.

You can select attributes for your organisation, which will help people who are using filters to search for services and products. Select a few attributes which represent the main reason someone would request a service from you. We will remove attributes you have selected which we believe are not appropriate.
