Hope Homecare Services Limited provides care and support services to people in their own homes, to enable them to remain at home and maintain their independence. Our Care Workers are trained to provide a service that values each Service User as an individual and recognises their potential and human rights, by the way we deliver our service to them. We provide different types of care and support and we have the experience and flexibility to meet Service Users' needs.
We provide services to adults aged 18 years and over. Our trained Care Workers have the ability to assist Services Users with personal care, medication, food preparation, housework, shopping and Support work. The Care Plan is person centred. It is discussed and created with the Service User and their representative to ensure that the care provided is tailored to each individual Service Users needs. Involving the Service User in creating their care plan, enables our Care Workers to deliver a high standard of person centred care.
Services we provide include personal care, dementia care, live-in care, sitting service, sleep-in service, waking nights and support work.
