The Safehouse BD Ltd is a CQC registered supported living provider. Our goal is to provide a high standard of accommodation and supportive environment for Adults and Service Users with multiple needs aged between 18 and 65 years old.
Our Care packages are tailored to the individuals needs and requirements with a holistic approach
The Safe House works closely with care placement teams, community mental health teams and local authority brokerage teams for service users who are suitable for supported living services.
Although THE SAFEHOUSE BD LTD honors, takes pride in, and builds upon the legacy of it’s founders’ past experience, we are also accustomed to thinking in the future tense: about our hopes for our service users, changes to be made in our service programmes, or a greater role to be played by our provision throughout the care of our service users. Our overarching objective is to become a provision that fully fulfills the objectives of our Mission: one that inspires, challenges, and supports the highest levels of excellence for all our service users, as evidenced by their comments and compliments and as our service achievements in realizing their well-being, independence and satisfaction of service provided. More specifically, we seek to become A Provision that: Involves service users immediately and passionately in a life-altering care experience, from their first days of contact and continuing. Offers its service users a balanced care experience, concentrating on the diversity of the work in the industry and the diversity of individuals within. Expects every service user to develop increased appreciation of the value of care provided by THE SAFEHOUSE BD LTD Empowers and inspires all our service users to make the choices required within their chosen area of care. Is increasingly recognized for its role as a leading provision in advancing the quality of care provided to our service users.
Our service is Care Provision to individuals and service needed by Councils, Health Establishments, Social Services, Local Authorities, CCGs, Health Trusts and other contracted providers. We have a competitive edge to our service because our experience has shown that one of the main reasons many smaller providers fail is that they cannot retain and develop sufficient numbers of competent care workers. Our partnership with a national training provider will ensure that we recruit, train, support and develop care workers to exceed required competencies. In this way it is our experience that we will have more loyalty and retain our care workers to offer a seamless service to our service users.
