Organisation details

Muswell Hill Synagogue

Organisation type: Voluntary or Community Sector

Seperate men and women book clubs;  The Book Groups are for all ages who love to share their thoughts on a good read. We meet about every 6 weeks, usually on a Sunday evening in each others homes.  Our reading list is very varied, from classics to the latest prize winners, short stories to autobiographies.

Whisky Club The Whisky Club meets on a midweek evening during alternate months. Members volunteer to host the event and usually provides four single malts and some nibbles. New members are welcome, particularly ladies. There is no commitment, no joining fee and no end-of-term exam!

Apart from the host, we each pay £10 per evening to a charity of our choice
