www.jweb.org.uk is our online guide to what’s happening for people with learning disabilities in the Jewish community. It’s a first-port-of-call for information from organisations, parents, carers, teachers and therapists - anyone with first-hand experience of learning disability in our community.
If you are caring for someone with learning disabilities and need someone to talk to call the Jweb Helpline on 0300 222 5949. It is a free, friendly and confidential support service for parents, teachers and the families of adults or children with learning difficulties. It provides emotional support and information on relevant services in the Jewish and wider communities.
Jweb Helpline offers:

- Referral to relevant other services or sources of information
We offer information on school based systems, IEPs, Statutory Assessment, Annual Reviews, Parental Rights, Appeals and Tribunals.
Our helpline is manned by trained and experienced volunteers.

Lines are open 9am-5pm Mon-Thurs and 9am till 1pm on Fridays (except on Jewish Holidays).

Jweb Helpline is operated by Kisharon and is supported by a large number of independent professionals and therapists.
