Mind in Haringey provides a number of wellbeing activities which are designed to help you build confidence, improve your social skills and help you to feel less isolated. The workshops aim to help you make new friendships and develop new interests in a relaxed, informal environment.
Activities currently on offer
The wellbeing centre operates from Monday to Friday and offers a range of activities such as gardening, reiki healing, walking for health, laughter Yoga and relaxation amongst a number of others. The activities change regularly to meet the demands of our members and to continue offering new and interesting activities. We do not offer a drop in service and so you will only be able to attend the activities you have registered for. Please take a look at our events calendar for all of our current activities.
How do I get involved?
If you would like to attend any of our wellbeing activities, please contact the office to request a referral form by calling 0208 340 2474 or by emailing email@example.com. Alternatively, you can download a referral form using the linkl at the bottom of the page. You can complete the referral form yourself or a worker can do it for you, you will then need to return the completed form to our activities coordinator Dave Forrest who will arrange to meet you within 10 working days.
