Burghley Road Supported Living Service
Our Burghley Road Supported Living Service supports individuals with the following complex needs to further develop their independence and skills both at home and in the community:
- Learning Disabilities
- Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Mental Health Issues
- Behaviour which may be described as Challenging
Each individual living at Burghley Road lives in their own flat including bedroom and ensuite, living space, kitchen and dining space. Individuals are also supported with their own tenancy through Golden Lane Housing Association.
We provide person-centred Positive Behaviour Support to enable individuals to develop the skills needed to live independently and progress along their Care Pathway. We have supported numerous individuals to move into independent living in the community over time.
Burghley Road is located in Haringey, London on a quiet road. The local area offers a diverse range of shops, amenities and leisure facilities including:
- Shopping mall
- Two cinemas
- GPs, pharmacists and dentists
- Alexander Palace Park and Leisure area
- Colleges including courses for individuals with learning disabilities and additional needs
- Volunteering and employment opportunities
