Reablement

If you have been in hospital and need help with your daily living needs, this help is eligible for services under the Care Act and you do not have friends or family who can help you , you may be offered a reablement service.

This is a short term service with the aim of restoring your independence. Reablement workers will come in to give you the help you need, and you may also see an occupational therapist or physiotherapist.
