Silver Active is an exciting and fun programme of free sports and social activities to all Haringey residents aged 55+ at Sheltered Housing Hubs and other community venues in Tottenham. We are currently running our weekly programme of activities via telephone and Zoom until the 15th October 2020 as below:

Tea, Chat and Stretch! Mondays 1:30-2:30pm via telephone

Join Michael for a quick guided stretch session followed by a chat and mini quiz with Sarayu on a different topic each week. Dialling in to this group session is completely free! Call Sarayu on 07951391426 for more info and to register.

Online Reggaetivity Thursdays on Zoom, 1:15pm-2:45pm

From 1:15pm-1:45pm we begin with gentle stretching and chair-based exercise

From 1:50pm-2:45pm we begin raising the tempo and building up for our dance fun fitness to the backdrop of reggae, zumba & soca music.

Reggaetivity is in an environment thats is welcoming, friendly, caring, encouraging, inclusive and enjoyable for all. The session is aimed at over 50s but everyone is welcome.
